The airport has been privately-owned since 2005. It was formerly known as Mid-Florida at Eustis Airport, and Mid-Florida Air Services Airport.

The facility houses over 45 units of T-Hangars, Box Hangars, Tie-Down Spots, and Offices Spaces available for rent.
